Reakiro is a CBD and nutraceutical brand headquartered in Poland, with a strong distribution presence in the UK through Holland & Barrett and their own e-commerce channels.
Despite having an exceptional product and industry certifications to match, the brand struggled to connect with British consumers in a meaningful way. With a predominantly Ukrainian team, communicating the brand’s value in a way that resonated locally proved challenging, allowing less effective competitors to dominate the conversation and customer loyalty. Reakiro approached us to help change that, starting with a refreshed brand foundation and key video assets to lead the way.
Solution
Our work began with a comprehensive positioning strategy to define where Reakiro stood in a rapidly evolving CBD and supplements market. We analysed global and UK-specific trends, dissected the strategies of top-performing competitors, and identified the unique properties that gave Reakiro a competitive edge.
With a clear strategic direction, we crafted a full communication playbook—from brand story and tone of voice to visual treatments and messaging guidelines—designed to bridge the cultural gap and tell Reakiro’s story with clarity and impact. We then collaborated closely with their team to storyboard and plan a high-impact video campaign, bringing in a medical doctor as presenter and capturing footage across their Polish production facilities, head office, and key London locations. Every element was optimised for efficiency, ensuring the highest production value within a tight, focused budget.
