You may wonder why the logo of this website looks like it was drawn by a child, or why scrappy illustrations litter the edges of this page.

Well, it’s because, as a marketing agency in 2025, we’ve become a little too self-aware and a bit rebellious.

Faced with the overwhelming number of luminous ads littering your screens, you probably have too. So we’re taking a bit of an anti-brand approach to our own identity. We’ve gotta stand out from the crowd and let our inner children run wild… We’re doing what we love after all.

We have a fascination for novelty, and a proclivity for passionate people – we want to work with human beings who are doing what they always dreamed of, even if that is being a dentist!

A breakdown of our monthly marketing cycle

How We Work

Week 1:

We create a report and work on assets such as email campaigns, paid media placements and any other ad hoc projects (fliers, news ads, influencer partnerships etc.). You will need to provide quick feedback on these projects.

Week 2:

We have a reporting meeting together (1hr) to evaluate the previous month’s performance and brainstorm a pathway forward for the following month. You will then have seven working days to send us any resources we may need for the content plan.

Week 3:

We send you the finalised content plan and ask that you make comments and reverts as soon as possible.

Week 4:

The content plan is finalised, checked and ready for posting.

Quarterly:

Every three months we work with you on a number of less frequent yet vital activities to keep our content fresh and our channels performing at their technical best. These include short form videos & stills shoots, core web updates and SEO optimisation.

Our History

2018

The Beginning

In 2018, our founder, Sam, graduated from UCT with a degree in psychology, media, and religion—an unusual combination that shaped a unique perspective on communication and belief-building. Recognising the power of storytelling in shaping perception and action, he began working with a range of eco-conscious and vegan brands in Cape Town, using marketing as a tool for positive change.

2021

Expanding Horizons

After three years of working in the sustainability sector, we were eager to deepen our impact. A life-changing opportunity in Kenya—documenting the resilience of South Sudanese refugees and peacebuilders—offered a new perspective on the role of storytelling in driving real-world change. This experience ignited a passion for projects that merge strategy, creativity, and meaningful impact.

2022

A Deeper Commitment to Purpose-Driven Work

As our agency evolved, so did our focus. We expanded into the NGO and NPO space, collaborating with initiatives dedicated to reforestation, bio-char mine regeneration, and sustainable agriculture. During this time, we also stepped further into video production, captivated by its ability to bring complex narratives to life and inspire action.

2023

A New Passion: Connecting People & Healthcare

While exploring new industries, we found ourselves drawn to a different kind of impact—one that connects people with the best medical practitioners and advances healthcare education. Having navigated personal medical challenges, Sam recognised the importance of clear, accessible communication in healthcare. This sparked a passion for helping private medical practices, clinics, and academies refine their messaging, attract the right patients, and educate professionals.

2023

Building for the Future

This year also marked a milestone in our technical expertise as we took on our first large-scale association website for OHASA. The project blended our storytelling roots with an advanced data-driven approach, setting the stage for future work in the medical association and corporate space.

2024

Expanding Globally

With an increasing number of UK-based clients, our agency’s reach extended beyond South Africa. Sam’s British heritage and global perspective allowed us to offer our services to UK-based businesses and clinics, providing world-class marketing solutions at a fraction of traditional agency costs—without compromising on strategy, creativity, or execution.

Where We Are Now

Seven years in BRANDEYE.AM continues to grow from strength to strength. Our expanded team—comprising both in-office experts and a global network of freelance associates—delivers data-driven, story-rich marketing that makes an impact. We’ve found our niche at the intersection of medical marketing, education, and storytelling, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
