Houtlander is a design house crafting sustainable solid oak furniture in Johannesburg, South Africa.
When they approached us the brand was performing well with B2B sales, but their B2C, social and e-commerce growth needed to be improved.
Having tried hiring internal digital employees in the past they wanted to find an agency to whom they could hand everything over.
Solution
Because the brand already had a strong visual identity and photography portfolio, we were able to jump straight into strategy.
We began with a deep SEO analysis, full web re-design and product description re-write. This exercise allowed us to communicate the value of the brand more clearly, and start generating thousands of new organic monthly visitors from Google.
